The AC NGA GPA 2286 analyzer, developed by PAC powered by AC, is a high-performance gas chromatography (GC) system designed for the comprehensive and detailed determination of natural gas composition.
The system is engineered to meet the requirements of the GPA 2286 method, providing extensive analytical profiles in less than 30 minutes.
Analytical Range
The analyzer quantitatively determines the following components:
- Hydrocarbon Fraction: extended analysis from Methane (C1) to Tetradecane (C14), with grouping of the C14+ fraction
- Inert and Permanent Gases: Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), and Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
- Sulfur Compounds: detection of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S).
Compliance
Reference Standards
Fully compliant with GPA 2286 (Method for the Extended Analysis of Natural Gas by Temperature Program Gas Chromatography).
Operational Efficiency
- Complete analytical results within a 30-minute cycle
- Integrated Automation: Complete management via AC GAS XLNC software, which automates calibration, peak identification, and physical property calculations.
GAS XLNC Processing Software
The dedicated GAS XLNC software transforms chromatographic data into ready-to-use reports, automatically calculating critical parameters such as:
- Higher and lower heating value
- Relative density and compressibility factor
- Wobbe index
- Includes trend analysis tools for monitoring system stability over time.
