This work defines a solid-phase extraction method and LC-MS/MS analysis of 11 perfluorinated compounds in drinking water.
The method has a wide linear range, low limits of detection and quantification, and accuracy and precision suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple perfluorinated compounds in drinking water.

The pretreatment purification process uses the Raykol Fotector Plus fully automatic solid-phase extraction system in combination with the Raykol Auto EVA 80 fully automatic parallel concentration system.
The sample racks of both instruments are compatible, making operations consistent and simple.
 The results showed excellent recovery rates and RSD.

A blank verification confirmed that the pretreatment process did not cause cross-contamination, demonstrating that both sample preparation instruments are suitable for pretreatment dedicated to the detection of perfluorinated compounds in drinking water.
