SRA R-3000

The R-3000 system is an industrial gas chromatograph composed of an industrial 19 " rack  containing from one to four analytical micro-GC channels each including a gas micro-injector, a fused silica capillary column specific for the separation of the desired compounds (with back-flush function if necessary), a thermal conductivity micro-detector (Micro-TCD), electrovalves for automatic control of the column pressure head, acquisition electronics. The rack includes a membrane filter with a bypass circuit (slow loop ).

An additional 5U rack is available as an optional accessory which is able to:

- Accommodate 2 to 6 steel electrovalves for the automatic selection of sample or standard lines.
- Launch an external pump (5 l/min, sequencing and sampling time are set up and managed by a software), to take the sample from the plant and bring it to the analyzer through a circuit of fast-loop and slow loop.

The SRA SOPRANE software performs complete control of the Micro-GC parameters (valves, heated zones, column temperatures, detector, injectors, signals, electronic pneumatics, sampling operations, etc), the digital signal acquisition from the detectors, the calculation execution, the data storage, the result transfer and the alarm and signal management (4-20mA, Modbus, relay, etc., are optional).
Soprane controls the Micro-GC through LAN (TCP / IP) or serial RS232 or RS 485 connections, and it is specifically developed for the Micro-GC needs and for the process requirements with a minimum operator intervention.

The menu and icons make Soprane easy to use. It is fast to access to the system configuration, to the description/modification of the stream parameters, analysis time, peak integration, calculations, file management, signal transmission. Similarly, the user can easily see chromatograms, stream results, trend report, alarms, etc.
