SRA PROCHEM software for on-line analysis

SRA PROCHEM is a user interface that expands the capabilities of the Agilent Chemstation software or EZChrom in the on-line applications.

PROCHEM allows:

• The operational management of multi-method analysis sequences and sampling on different lines (up to16 lines), time programmable auto-calibration and setting of the min/max component concentration alarms.
• Data processed by Chemstation/EZChrom are transferred to Prochem in order to get a "process" graphical representation: concentration trend, result list on time/compound/concentration base and result elaboration by calculating the mean value on different times (hours, days or other time parameter).
• The acquisition of signals recorded by measuring instruments or external sensors (e.g. temperature, pressure, flow, or any other parameter). The values are inserted in the final analysis report just as they are or they can be used for post-analysis calculations.
• The result transfer: 4-20mA, Modbus, Profibus and ASCII file.
